Plan Description

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath simple home that is perfect for a narrow lot or for a property in the country. This plan comes in a slab foundation at 1305 finished sf or a plan with a basement foundation at 1454 sf. The plan was originally designed as a hunting cabin with a generator, solar panels and a wind turbine all to be added later by the owner. We have left those features shown on the renderings, but there is no information given otherwise on those features and would be left to a builder to add them at construction.
