Plan Description
This Scandinavian style cottage sports a gabled roof and has a covered balcony as well as many windows. The 492 square foot basement includes a family room, a storage room and two bedrooms. The 624 square foot ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and a cathedral ceiling, a dining room, a laboratory kitchen with an island and a bathroom with an area reserved for the laundry. The master bedroom is on the second floor mezzanine which also contains a bathroom and a large wardrobe. This mezzanine is 341 square feet and has a view of the living room.
