Plan Description

A long front porch with a railing and columns give this home a folksy appeal, yet the interior is well set up for formal entertaining. A 10-foot stepped ceiling and columns give the living room a stately appearance; it opens through a wide door to the formal dining area. The great room, with a corner fireplace and built-in media/entertainment center at one end, flows into the kitchen and breakfast nook area. The plush master suite, on the opposite side of the house from two other bedrooms, enjoys privacy. A whirlpool tub, shower, dual-sink vanity, and His and Hers walk-in closets is a dream come true. The laundry room can be entered from a hall near the kitchen or through the garage, and a utility room and storage area can be entered through the garage. Another storage space, handy for gardening tools, opens to the outside.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
