Plan Description

There's a distinctive bucolic feel to the exterior, with all of the provisions for daily modern life contained within. An expansive front patio sporting arched windows frames the entrance, leading to the dining room on the immediate right, and an open area anchored by the great room straight ahead. The open floor plan provides for the dining area to open on two sides, and to access the kitchen through double doors. A unique configuration provides for the kitchen, breakfast nook and gathering room to share common space. The nook affords not only expansive views to outside, but proximity to a rear covered patio. A master suite is located through a private hall, bearing a sloped ceiling and arched window. Bedrooms two and three, with shared bath, lie to the left of the plan.
