This home meets the triple challenges of the changing family, affordability, and energy efficiency. The large family/dining/kitchen space maximizes flexibility and, if sited correctly, captures passive solar energy. The first-floor master suite provides long-term livability for future family changes. Enjoy spending time in the elegant dining and sitting rooms under cathedral ceilings. The second floor can be finished to hold a guest suite and an office on either side of a versatile loft. For more room, finish the basement with a large recreation room, another bedroom suite, and lots of storage. This plan's simple, compact form minimizes construction cost and reduces energy demands with the second floor under the roof. Advanced framing techniques and 24" module planning allow for peak efficiency. Other smart features include pre-fab roof trusses, wall panels, triple-glazed windows, and basement walls with added insulation. Mirror Reversed Sets:
$60.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
