Plan Description

This gorgeous home combines the feeling of a rustic retreat with plenty of luxuries. At the heart of the home, the lodge room serves as a hub to other areas: to the right, the open island kitchen and curving breakfast nook; to the left, the super-posh master suite with a jaw-dropping bath and long walk-in closet. Two family bedrooms reside on the opposite side of the home, not far from the extensive porch. Homeowner feedback: "This house fit perfectly where we wanted to build. We actually turned the house around so that when you come up the hill you would see the back of the house first. The back of the house is just as beautiful as the front. We didn't do a lot of the fancy ceilings, just kept it very simple. This is a very comfortable house, and everyone that visits says the same. They say they feel very comfortable and welcomed. We love it. This is our retirement home. The sunsets are amazing therefore the deck is used a lot for sunset watching."
