Plan Description

This farmhouse style home invites you in with its welcoming front porch. The foyer opens up into a 2-story family room. One side is anchored by a central stone fireplace, the other side opens up to the kitchen and a dining room. A rear covered porch transitions into an open outdoor living space with a fireplace, trellis and a built in outdoor kitchen. To the right of the foyer, a separate wing houses a study/bedroom, bathroom and master suite. The left side of the home accommodates two bedrooms which share a Jack and Jill bath. A 2-story study/play room opens up to an upstairs loft. A mud room off the kitchen opens up to the laundry room and a large pantry. A Bonus room over the garage adds to the versatility of this plan.
