From extra garage space to entry lockers, to a main floor equipped for entertaining, the Glen Mills is a home that gracefully couples style with functionality, winning it honors in the Model Home category at the 2011 American Residential Design Awards. The inviting front entry leads to the living room and hearth area, featuring nook benches perfect for a cold winter’s day. Pocket doors lead to the attached study, while columns separate the living room from the dining and kitchen areas. Ample counter space and seating make the kitchen the center of the home, and the ideal place for entertaining guests. There's no lack of sleeping space, either.
