Plan Description

A brick exterior with pedimented gables provides a traditional welcome. An extremely compact plan allows this home to work on many narrow lots. The garage is set forward so it works well on property that slopes front to back. The exterior is elegantly proportioned. Inside the master suite, with its own study, is very large and allows great flexibility of use. This house is only 52 feet wide, yet it contains a fabulous master bedroom suite with lots of space. The guest room at the rear of the home with its own bath offers great privacy. This ia a relatively easy house to construct. Bay windows in the living and breakfast rooms let in added light and create aesthetic interest without huge expense.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$68.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
