Plan Description

Designed for a front view to the park or lake across the street, this alley loaded 3-car garage, 2-story home offers two split master suites on the first floor, two children's bedrooms with game room above the main house and an oversized guest suite above the garage. Everyone will have enough space to retreat to their own room for privacy or congregate in the large open family room that overlooks the pool. The oversized kitchen, with pass-through to the family room, can handle those large parties and still function efficiently for meal preparations. Adding to the already large kitchen is a butler pantry worthy of much larger home. Wasted space is kept to a minimum by omitting halls and creating traffic-ways through the central areas. This all adds up to a home that meets the needs for a growing or declining family.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
