In warmer weather, the rear porch beckons you outside.

The master suite’s closet opens directly to the laundry room to make it easy to throw in a load. A large bonus suite upstairs can be finished now or later.

Plan 929-1009 is suitable for a growing family.
This European family home plan (plan 929-1009, above) places five bedrooms on one easy-to-get-around level – making it suitable for a growing family (and easy to age in place). Near the front of the floor plan, one of the bedrooms can easily be converted to a study or guest room when needed. The deluxe master suite boasts a sitting room that opens to the rear porch for easy outdoor living.
